Fint Element OÜ is established in 2008. The Company operates in the design of timber structures, export and project management of wooden frame houses. Fint Element OÜ is the first construction company in Estonia that is certified by the Passivhaus Institut Darmstadt.

Our main export market is Norway. From January 2011 we own a branch in Norway. 

Fint Element OÜ is expanding year by year in design, construction and project management in new markets such as Finland, Sweden, Germany and France.
