Fint Element OÜ is established in 2008. Company operates in the design of timber structures, export and project management of wooden frame houses. Fint Element OÜ is the first building company that is certified by the Passivhaus Institut Darmstadt.

We have exported mainly to Norway. From January 2011 we own branch in Norway.

Today the Fint Element OÜ has achieved the stability of the production capacity and became a trustworthy partner to clients.

Objectives in 2010 have completed successfully. We got experiences from new markets in Finland, Sweden and France.

Objectives in 2011:

• to extend the selection of our products with different new types of houses
• to prove the knowledge and skill in production quality of energy-efficient houses that meet the requirements of the passive house standard.
