In Our Houses you will find finished house solutions offered by Fint Element OÜ. For now there is two house packages - FINT 154 and FINT 207. In cooperation with Fint Element OÜ partners one new campinghouse project is created: CAMP.
You can find our standard constructions here (except CAMP).
Fint Element OÜ prices includes:
- bearing and non-bearing constructions with montage on site
- outside finishing
- inside finishing with gypsum board/wooden panel
- floor covering with wooden panel or load bearing wooden board
- windows and doors
- weatherproof roof
- transport for all materials to building site
- terraces and balconies as shown on architectural drawings
Prices do not include:
- foundation and ground works
- roof covering
- accomodation for montage team
- crane for montage
- ventilation, heating, electricity and plumbing works
- inside painting and tile works
- furniture and equipment shown in architectural drawings
